It's about introducing opportunities that can enrich your life…especially ones that you never knew were out there. Now in six cities across the nation, each Abilities Expo offers three days of access to the latest technologies and resources for ALL disabilities, informative workshops on issues that most resonate with the Community and fun activities like adaptive sports, dance, assistive animal demos and more. Originally debuted in 1979, Abilities Expo came under the management of Shomer and Korse in late 2008 and has experienced tremendous growth ever since. What began as annual events in Los Angeles and New York City has expanded to include Chicago, Houston, San Jose, Atlanta David Korse accepting an awardand (in 2013) Boston. With each successive year, the Expo has attracted a greater number of exhibitors and attendees in each market, thus increasing the overall value to both the community and the businesses that serve them.
