Werribee South is home to one of the most significant market garden regions in Victoria, while a large industrial and logistics area is located in Laverton North and Truganina.The City also boasts premier sporting and recreational facilities including Aquapulse, Eagle Stadium, Chirnside Park, Werribee and Sanctuary Lakes Golf Clubs and Werribee Racecourse. It will also soon be home to a $150 million 15,000-seat stadium – home to A-League team Western United.The City has recently upgraded more than 200 parks across the municipality and is investing millions of dollars creating an Active Transport Network, improving walking and cycling paths for all our residents to enjoy.
