As one of the cleanest fossil fuels, natural gas has an important role to play in helping the UK to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions.Established in 2004 and based in London, South Hook Gas is a joint venture between Qatar Petroleum International (70 per cent) and ExxonMobil (30 per cent).
