ZuidOostZorg is er voor mensen met een somatische en/of psychogeriatrische ziekte of aandoening, mensen met een psychiatrische aandoening of psychosociale problemen of een lichamelijke handicap en voor jongere en oudere mensen met NAH, een niet aangeboren hersenletsel.Daarnaast biedt ZuidOostZorg nu ook plaats aan cliënten met geronto-psychiatrische problemen en richten we ons op patiënten met co- of multimorbiditeit of met specifieke complexe problemen die liggen op de grens van verpleeghuiszorg en geestelijke gezondheidszorg. Met deze verdiepingslag willen we de kwaliteit van onze zorg voor specifieke doelgroepen optimaliseren op basis van de vraag van de klant.
